I used to be able to scan something without excessive grain, white/black Speckles, random rainbows, and crappy colors getting in the way. It was easy. Push a button and wala!, but now the scanner is being difficult and i have to spend time cleaning pics up if i want them to be presentable.
I hate being such a trecherous floosy, but.. Im gonna start looking for a new scanner >.

Hey thanks for the comments. The "Lovers Crossing" is me trying the technique called painting with light. You set up everything and then turn the lights out. To expose the still life you go over it with a flashlight highlighting the places you want while using a very slow shutter speed.
hey...if i post a few scraps and give you a basic concept to a peice ive been wanting to do (no photoshop...or photoediting skills for that matter) would you be interested in doing it? kuz i know you havent had much to submit recently and im sure thats not by choice, i figure photomanip is less time consuming and more flexable than actual photoshoots and such...or am i making false asumptions thinking youll have any kind of time at all after this week?
actually, photomanips take more time, and i dont have a camera or i would have taken pics already, Id be happy to do it anyway, ^.^ it just might take a while.
